Business Development Specialist

Ipso Promo is a Miami-based B2B distributor of promotional products, custom apparel, drinkware, corporate gifts, event swag, and managed swag store programs. Position Summary We are seeking an experienced Sales Representative to develop new business across South Florida/US. This is a client-facing role with full ownership of the sales cycle, from initial outreach through order fulfillment and account growth. The successful candidate will join at an early stage of our U.S. expansion, with significant autonomy and a direct line to leadership. Responsibilities Identify, prospect, and win new B2B accounts across Florida and the US Build pipeline through outbound outreach, referrals, professional networking, and industry events Conduct discovery meetings and present tailored product solutions to marketing, HR, and event decision-makers Prepare and negotiate quotes across our full catalog Convert initial orders into recurring accounts and managed swag store programs Maintain accurate pipeline, activity, and forecast records in the CRM Partner with design and operations to ensure a strong first delivery experience for every new client Qualifications 2+ years of B2B sales experience; background in promotional products, print, apparel, signage, or agency services preferred Demonstrated success in new business development and pipeline generation Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple concurrent projects Professional fluency in English Must be authorized to work in the United States.
