Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough patient intakes focusing on diagnostic evaluations to craft tailored treatment plans.

• Implement therapeutic interventions aimed at promoting emotional, physical, and mental growth among clients.

• Work closely with primary care providers to identify and manage mental health and psychosocial issues effectively.

• Provide brief focused interventions and assist patients in accessing appropriate mental health services.

• Document patient progress meticulously in treatment charts, ensuring accurate and up-to-date client records.

• Monitor patients to establish their well-being and the effectiveness of treatment strategies, adjusting them when necessary.

• Develop relapse prevention strategies and assist patients in maintaining stable functioning.

• Support patients with self-management skills and educational resources to facilitate their active participation in recovery.

• Assist clinic management in evaluating service outcomes and contributing insights on program development.

• Maintain adherence to the ethical standards and guidelines governing professional counseling practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a varied patient demographic, each facing unique mental health challenges that require sensitivity and expertise. By integrating behavioral health services into primary care settings, you will help identify at-risk patients, provide immediate support, and facilitate referrals to specialized services as necessary. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in Clinical Counseling or a related field is required.

• Current, valid LPC (Licensed Professional Counselor) License to practice in Texas.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this role ranges from $87,000 to $105,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
