Work Environment\n

This position offers the flexibility of remote work while closely collaborating with our outpatient office teams. You will have the opportunity to interact with clients through telemedicine as well as in-person sessions, allowing for a hybrid approach to treatment and outreach. Our scheduling is designed to respect your work-life balance, providing full-time roles with Monday to Friday hours and part-time roles with flexible scheduling options from Monday to Saturday. Weekends are reserved for your personal time, promoting a healthy balance between work and life responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to develop individualized therapy strategies tailored to each client’s needs.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions across various modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused short-term therapy.

• Foster a supportive client-therapist relationship while addressing issues related to trauma, substance misuse, and family dynamics.

• Maintain accurate and confidential clinical records, adhering to legal and ethical standards.

• Engage in professional development opportunities to stay abreast of mental health research and best practices.

• Facilitate and participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to ensure comprehensive and coordinated client care.

You will be working with a diverse range of patients, including individuals grappling with mental health challenges, families seeking resolution for relational issues, and couples navigating the complexities of their partnerships. Our clients come from various backgrounds, requiring a nuanced understanding and individualized approach to therapeutic practices.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.

• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in Texas.

• At least two years of counseling experience in a clinical setting.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from USD 70,000 to 110,000 annually, supplemented by performance bonuses.
