Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to understand client needs and develop individualized treatment plans based on diverse therapeutic modalities.

• Provide evidence-based therapy to diverse groups, including individuals, families, and couples, utilizing techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Solution-Focused Therapy.

• Maintain comprehensive and accurate clinical records in compliance with legal and ethical standards while ensuring confidentiality and integrity of client information.

• Participate in ongoing professional development workshops and team meetings to stay up-to-date with the latest mental health research and best practices.

• Engage with multidisciplinary teams to discuss treatment approaches and client progress, ensuring comprehensive care and support for clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your client focus will include a diverse population, ranging from children to adults, addressing various mental health issues including anxiety, depression, trauma, family dynamics, and relationship challenges. Our clients often come from various backgrounds, making the ability to establish rapport and adapt your therapeutic approach critical to fostering a trusting therapeutic alliance.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.

• Valid and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in Tennessee.

• A minimum of two years of counseling experience, preferably in a clinical setting, where you applied therapeutic techniques effectively.

• Thorough knowledge of legal and ethical standards governing mental health counseling.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The competitive salary range for this position is between USD 70,000 to 110,000 per year, plus additional bonuses depending on performance and caseload.
