Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor with Goodwell Counseling Services, you will:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to understand each client’s unique needs.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on evidence-based therapeutic techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused short-term therapy.

• Empower clients through group therapy sessions, individual counseling, and family therapy.
\n
• Document and maintain accurate clinical records in compliance with legal and ethical standards.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive client care and continuity of services.

• Participate in ongoing professional development activities and workshops to stay informed about the latest mental health research and practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a varied clientele, including individuals, couples, and families facing challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, substance misuse, and relationship issues. Qualifications\n

To be considered for this position, candidates must possess:
