Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct in-depth psychosocial assessments, identifying clients’ mental health concerns, strengths, resources, and areas needing support.

• Provide individualized therapy sessions, family counseling, and group therapy utilizing evidence-based modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused brief therapy, and trauma-informed care.

• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans that include achievable goals and tailored interventions to foster client development.

• Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team including psychiatrists, psychologists, and school staff to ensure comprehensive and coordinated client care.

• Offer crisis intervention, conduct risk assessments, and develop safety plans as necessary to address immediate client needs.
