Are you a hands-on culinary leader who takes pride in delivering consistent, high-quality food and exceptional hospitality? As a Chef Manager, you’ll lead the day-to-day execution of a corporate dining program focused on operational excellence, seamless service, and an outstanding guest experience. This role is about flawless execution, ensuring every meal is prepared, presented, and served to the highest standards while creating a welcoming and hospitality-driven environment. In addition to competitive base pay, this role offers a 10% performance-based bonus—rewarding operational excellence and outstanding results. Key Responsibilities Oversee daily kitchen operations with a focus on consistency, efficiency, and quality execution. Ensure all food is prepared and presented to established standards, delivering a reliable and exceptional dining experience. Support the execution of menus aligned with company programs, seasonal offerings, and client expectations. Maintain a strong focus on guest satisfaction by delivering a polished and hospitality-driven experience. Manage purchasing, inventory, and food cost controls to meet operational and financial goals. Ensure full compliance with food safety, sanitation, and regulatory standards. Lead, train, and develop kitchen team members, fostering accountability and a strong team culture. Partner with leadership to execute corporate dining services, catering, and on-site events. Monitor day-to-day performance, ensuring smooth operations and continuous improvement. Qualifications 3+ years of culinary leadership experience in corporate dining, restaurant, or hospitality environments. ServSafe Manager certification (or ability to obtain). Strong understanding of food safety, sanitation, and structured kitchen operations. Proven ability to lead teams and drive consistency in a high-volume environment. Strong operational and organizational skills with attention to detail. Experience managing food costs, inventory, and vendor processes. A hospitality-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering a positive guest experience. Physical Requirements Ability to stand and work for extended periods in a fast-paced kitchen environment. Ability to lift up to 40 lbs. Flexibility to support events or extended hours as needed.
