Posting Summary: The Food Science Department seeks part‑time Lecturers or Co‑adjuncts to teach or assist in undergraduate or graduate courses during Fall 2026. Courses include Science of Food, Principles of Food Science lecture and lab sections, Food and Health, Food as Medicine, Sensory Evaluation of Foods, and possibly others.
