Key Responsibilities\n

In the role of Licensed Professional Counselor, you will be tasked with a variety of essential duties that directly influence client outcomes, including:

• Conducting individual therapy sessions, employing empathetic counseling techniques to help clients address their thoughts, feelings, and behaviors.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will focus on adolescents and young adults aged 18 to 30 who are facing mental health challenges. Through our comprehensive Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP), you will help clients navigate their recovery pathways, providing them with the tools necessary for sustained mental wellness. This population often requires tailored strategies that recognize their unique circumstances and challenges.

Qualifications\n

To qualify for this position, candidates must possess the following:

• A valid and active state license as a Professional Counselor (LPC).

• A Bachelor’s degree in psychology, counseling, social work, or a related field.

Compensation and Benefits\n
