Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to gather crucial information about clients’ mental health issues, strengths, and available resources.

• Design and implement individual, group, and family therapy sessions utilizing various evidence-based treatment modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed care.

• Collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals, to provide coordinated and holistic client care.

• Develop individualized treatment plans tailored to each client's needs, setting specific therapeutic goals and interventions.

• Provide crisis intervention as necessary, conducting risk assessments and formulating detailed safety plans to safeguard client wellness.

• Facilitate psychoeducation classes and support groups, assisting clients in building community and sharing experiences to strengthen coping strategies.

• Maintain accurate documentation across all client interactions to comply with ethical standards and legal requirements, ensuring the integrity of our therapeutic processes.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on school-aged children and adolescents facing diverse mental health challenges. You will work closely with families to guide them through the therapeutic process, ensuring that interventions not only address individual needs but also promote effective communication and support within the family system.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• Active state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

• A minimum of two years of relevant experience in a mental health setting, preferably with outpatient or school-aged populations.

Compensation and Benefits\n
