HR Coordinator

Responsibilities Provide support and basic guidance to employees relative to HR programs, policies, and procedures, and refers customers to appropriate resources Provide administrative support for HR functions throughout the employee lifecycle Perform customer service functions by answering employee requests and questions Prepare agenda and minutes for team meetings Responsible for the onboarding process of new hires Work within HRIS system and other databases to process changes and maintain employee data Responsible for all aspects of assigned projects and programs Assist with planning and implementing Company and HR programs Assist with/manage employee recognition programs and announcements Track and submit invoices Equal Opportunity Employer/Veterans/Disabled Equal Opportunity Employer/Protected Veterans/Individuals with Disabilities This employer is required to notify all applicants of their rights pursuant to federal employment laws.
