Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough evaluations and assessments of infants and toddlers to understand their unique developmental needs.

• Actively participate in the development and implementation of Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSP) tailored to each child's requirements.
\n
• Monitor progress and outcomes as a vital member of a multidisciplinary team, ensuring the continuous adjustment of strategies for optimal results.
\n
• Provide emotional and practical support to families navigating early intervention services, empowering them through education and resources.
\n
• Adhere to all applicable Federal and State regulations to maintain compliance and uphold the highest standards of care.
\n
• Establish and cultivate trusting relationships with children, families, and colleagues to promote a supportive learning environment.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on children under the age of three who exhibit developmental delays or disabilities. By providing targeted early intervention strategies, you will play a pivotal role in enabling these children to develop essential life skills across multiple domains including physical, cognitive, social/emotional, and communication.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in Social Work or a Doctorate in Social Work is required.
\n
• Current licensure as an LCSW through the Department of Public Health is mandatory.
\n
• Hold a valid driver’s license to comply with potential travel requirements.
\n
• Exhibit a strong understanding of various learning styles to develop personalized treatment plans.
\n

Preferred Experience\n

• A minimum of 2 years of demonstrated experience working with children within early intervention settings.

• Proven commitment to Natural Learning Environment Practices, which emphasize using the child’s surroundings as a context for learning.

• Familiarity with assessment and evaluation tools relevant to developmental and behavioral assessments.

Compensation and Benefits\n
