Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Therapist at Top Point, you will:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to establish each client’s baseline and tailor treatment approaches.

• Design individualized treatment plans that incorporate evidence-based modalities suited to your client’s specific needs.

• Deliver therapy sessions, using techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or other therapeutic interventions to promote emotional well-being.

• Set and monitor therapeutic goals in collaboration with clients to measure progress and adapt strategies accordingly.

• Utilize teletherapy tools and platforms to provide virtual sessions, ensuring clients facing accessibility challenges still receive quality care.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation that adheres to ethical and clinical standards.
\n
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities to enhance your skills and stay current with best practices in mental health.

Qualifications\n

Candidates for this position must possess the following qualifications:

• A valid and current state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in social work, marriage and family therapy, mental health counseling, psychology, or a closely related field.
