Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients' mental and emotional health, employing a variety of evidence-based assessment tools.

• Maintain meticulous and timely documentation of client records including assessments, progress notes, and treatment plans to ensure compliance with legal and ethical standards.

• Utilize an electronic health record system for efficient tracking and updating of client information.

• Work collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams and other healthcare professionals when necessary, to create a holistic treatment strategy for clients.

• Provide crisis intervention and emotional support to clients experiencing acute distress or emergencies, ensuring their safety and well-being.

• Engage in ongoing professional development through workshops, training sessions, and continuing education to enhance your therapeutic skills and techniques.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

At the Woman's Counseling Center, therapists will work with a diverse population, including adolescents, adults, and couples, presenting various mental health issues such as depression, anxiety, relationship challenges, trauma, and more. Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
