Key Responsibilities\n

• Develop and implement individualized therapy strategies tailored to the unique needs of each client.

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to establish a foundational understanding of each client's mental health needs.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy.

• Facilitate therapeutic sessions with individuals, groups, families, and couples focused on promoting healing and growth.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure a holistic approach to client care, sharing insights and strategies that support client progress.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The clients you will serve come from varied backgrounds and may face a range of challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and substance misuse. Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field from an accredited institution.

• An active and unrestricted license as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Texas.

Compensation and Benefits\n
