Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations of clients' mental health, utilizing diagnostic criteria to inform treatment plans.

• Provide individual therapy sessions employing a diverse range of evidence-based modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and trauma-informed care strategies.

• Collaborate closely with clients to set specific therapeutic goals and actively monitor their progress throughout the treatment process.

• Offer flexibility in service delivery by providing teletherapy options to accommodate both clients’ preferences and accessibility challenges.

• Maintain meticulous, timely documentation that meets legal and ethical standards, ensuring the confidentiality and safety of client information.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• A current and valid license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) in California.

• Competitive salary ranging from $80,000 to $104,000 per year, commensurate with experience and caseload size.
