Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide weekly supervision to graduate students as they work towards their clinical licensure, offering guidance, mentorship, and constructive feedback.

• Deliver high-quality psychotherapy services to a diverse clientele including individuals, couples, and families, employing evidence-based practices and therapeutic modalities.

• Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams, including physicians, psychiatrists, and community resources, to ensure comprehensive care for clients.

• Develop and implement tailored treatment plans, keeping client-centered approaches at the forefront while integrating the latest research and best practices.

• Maintain meticulous and up-to-date records of client interactions, treatment plans, and progress notes in compliance with regulatory standards.

• Engage in continuous professional development by staying informed about emerging research, clinic policies, and advancements in mental health practice.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work with a varied patient population that may include those facing anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and trauma-related concerns, among other mental health challenges. Our clients come from diverse backgrounds, and your empathetic approach will be essential to building trust and facilitating open dialogue. By connecting with clients and understanding their unique experiences, you will help navigate their paths toward emotional and psychological well-being.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field.

• A valid state license (LPCC, LCSW, LMFT) that allows for independent practice.

• Professional liability insurance to ensure comprehensive coverage in practice.

Preferred Experience\n

• At least two years of experience in a similar mental health setting, providing direct therapy services and supervision.

• Demonstrated experience with clinical documentation and familiarity with electronic health record systems.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary range of USD 120,000 to 140,000 per year, complemented by a generous sign-on bonus of $3,000.
