Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, your daily activities will involve:

• Crafting individualized treatment plans that incorporate evidence-based approaches such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and other innovative therapeutic modalities.

• In delivering psychotherapy services, you will provide direct care to individuals dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance use disorders, using targeted interventions and regular progress evaluations.

• Maintaining thorough and timely clinical documentation in accordance with HIPAA guidelines and the clinic’s internal policies, ensuring data integrity and compliance with legal requirements.

• Engaging in multidisciplinary team meetings to discuss patient progress, share insights, and adjust treatment plans as necessary, fostering a collaborative approach to mental health care.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in Social Work from a CSWE-accredited program.
