Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to evaluate patients' mental health status, identifying strengths, needs, and treatment goals.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT) tailored to the unique needs of each patient.

• Collaborate with psychiatrists, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to design and monitor integrated treatment plans that address both psychiatric and substance use disorders.

• Educate patients and families about mental health conditions, treatment options, and medications, ensuring they understand their care journey.

• Facilitate individual, group, and family therapy sessions utilizing a variety of therapeutic modalities to meet diverse patient needs.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans in collaboration with the treatment team, incorporating patient preferences and aspirations for holistic recovery.

• Act as an advocate for patients, assisting them in navigating the mental health and detoxification processes while ensuring their rights and needs are prioritized.

Compensation and Benefits\n
