Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough individual counseling sessions through video chat, providing essential mental health support tailored to each client’s unique needs.

• Utilize clinical assessment tools to evaluate clients’ conditions, develop comprehensive treatment plans, and implement appropriate therapeutic interventions.

• Advocate for clients by assisting them in setting and achieving realistic and attainable personal and mental health goals.

• Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals, including psychologists, counselors, and addiction specialists, to ensure comprehensive care for clients.

• Engage in regular case conferencing to discuss treatment strategies and share insights that enhance client outcomes.

• Document all client interactions and treatment plans accurately and promptly, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on individuals undergoing detoxification and those struggling with co-occurring disorders. This population may include adolescents and adults with varied backgrounds and experiences. You will play a crucial role in providing them with the necessary therapeutic support to cope with their challenges and promote healthy coping mechanisms.

Qualifications\n

• Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• Active Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) designation with no current disciplinary actions.

• Extensive knowledge and demonstrated experience in providing clinical social work services, including assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning.

• Proficiency in using digital communication tools and adaptability to remote working technologies to manage client interactions efficiently.
