Key Responsibilities\n

• Work directly with clients in both clinical and community settings, developing a strong therapeutic alliance.

Your primary focus will be on clients experiencing severe mental health issues within a hospice environment. Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate will possess a Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) or a related field, with a focus on mental health. Current licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) is a must. You must demonstrate advanced knowledge in assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of mental health disorders.

Preferred Experience\n

A minimum of two years of clinical experience is preferred, especially working in settings that involve acute mental health challenges or hospice care. The compensation for this role ranges from USD 70,000 to 85,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
