Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to gather vital information about clients’ mental health history, strengths, and support systems, thereby informing individualized treatment plans.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy and solution-focused therapy, to deliver individual, family, and group therapy sessions aimed at fostering healing and resilience.

• Develop personalized treatment plans that include clearly defined goals and interventions, tailored to meet the unique needs of each client.

• Engage in interdisciplinary collaboration with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive, coordinated care across the treatment team.

• Offer crisis intervention and safety planning services when necessary, assessing risk and developing actionable strategies to ensure the safety and well-being of clients.

• Maintain accurate, timely documentation of client interactions and progress in compliance with ethical and legal standards.

• Facilitate supportive group therapy sessions, psychoeducation classes, and support groups to promote community and peer connections.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
