Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments and develop tailored treatment plans by analyzing clients' concerns and determining appropriate therapeutic modalities.

• Provide individualized therapy for diverse clients, including those facing anxiety, depression, trauma, and other mental health challenges, employing evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

• Collaborate with clients to establish specific therapeutic goals and monitor their progress on a regular basis, adjusting treatment plans as needed to optimize outcomes.

• Utilize teletherapy to connect with clients who prefer virtual sessions, ensuring accessible mental health care for individuals who face limitations in attending in-person appointments.

• Maintain comprehensive and accurate records within our electronic health record (EHR) system, honoring ethical practices while documenting clinical notes and progress updates.

Qualifications\n

• Applicants must hold a current and valid mental health license in the state of New York: Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
