Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to determine clients' unique mental health needs and devise tailored treatment plans that address their specific concerns.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions for individuals, groups, and families utilizing diverse therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and mindfulness techniques.

• Collaborate closely with case managers, psychiatrists, and other health professionals to ensure an integrated approach to patient care and the delivery of holistic mental health services.

• Provide immediate crisis intervention for clients experiencing acute distress, utilizing empathetic communication and professional judgment to ensure their safety and well-being.

Qualifications\n

• A valid and active license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD) is mandatory.

• A completed master’s degree or a doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology is required.

The base salary for this position ranges from $70,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with your experience and professional credentials.
