Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and clinical evaluations to effectively identify clients’ mental health needs and develop personalized treatment plans based on evidence-based practices.

• Provide individual, group, and family therapy, utilizing a diverse range of therapeutic techniques tailored to address various psychosocial issues.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including case managers and psychiatrists, to ensure cohesive and comprehensive care for clients, enhancing overall treatment outcomes.

• Offer crisis intervention and emotional support to clients managing acute mental health crises, demonstrating exceptional empathy and professionalism.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The clients you will serve encompass a broad demographic, including individuals from diverse ethnic, cultural, and socio-economic backgrounds facing a wide array of mental health challenges. Your role will not only require clinical expertise but also cultural sensitivity and an understanding of the unique factors influencing each client’s experience. Qualifications\n

• A current and independent license in one of the following: Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A master’s degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Proven ability to establish trusting therapeutic relationships with clients, showcasing strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• A commitment to cultural competence, effectively engaging with clients from diverse backgrounds while demonstrating sensitivity and respect.

• Exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to manage time effectively and maintain accurate, timely documentation of client interactions.

Preferred Experience\n

• A minimum of two years of direct clinical experience in a mental health setting is preferred, providing a strong foundation for effective practice.

• Experience in working with specific populations, including but not limited to children, adolescents, and individuals with trauma histories, enhances your ability to connect and empathize with clients.

Compensation and Benefits\n
