Key Responsibilities\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your role will involve working with a diverse array of clients, including individuals from various ethnic and socioeconomic backgrounds. You will serve populations experiencing a range of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges. Understanding and respecting the cultural backgrounds of your clients will be essential in providing effective and nuanced therapy.

Qualifications\n

• A current and active independent license in Texas as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A master's or doctoral degree in a relevant field such as Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build rapport and therapeutic relationships with clients effectively.

• Ability to demonstrate cultural competence and a sensitivity to various backgrounds, ensuring inclusive treatment approaches.

• Excellent organizational skills, particularly in managing documentation and treatment planning to meet legal and clinical standards.

Preferred Experience\n
