This remote position offers a flexible work setting designed to promote work-life balance while allowing you to connect with patients from the comfort of your own space. The standard work schedule is Monday through Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with some flexibility required to meet patient needs. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments to identify patients' unique needs and develop tailored treatment plans.

• Deliver various evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused therapy, to individuals, couples, and families.

• Facilitate psychoeducational and support groups that provide essential community support for mental health concerns.

• Collaborate effectively with psychiatrists, psychologists, and interdisciplinary team members to ensure comprehensive patient care.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n
