Clear Path Counseling Therapy is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Remote Licensed Mental Health Therapist to join our team. This full-time teletherapy position allows you to deliver vital mental health services from the comfort of your home, enabling you to create flexible working conditions while positively impacting the lives of our clients.

Work Environment\n

This is a completely remote position, allowing you to work from anywhere while maintaining a healthy work-life balance. As part of our telehealth initiative, you will engage in virtual therapy sessions during standard business hours, Monday through Friday, from 9 am to 5 pm. There is no on-call duty, enabling you to keep your focus on your clients during scheduled sessions.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual therapy sessions via secure video conferencing platforms, delivering compassionate care and evidence-based treatment.

• Encourage clients to openly discuss their thoughts, feelings, and experiences, facilitating deep self-exploration and personal growth.

• Act as an advocate for clients, helping them to define and achieve their therapeutic goals through collaborative treatment planning.

• Utilize your clinical expertise to assess client mental health needs and develop tailored treatment plans that address their unique challenges and objectives.

• Document client interactions and maintain detailed records in compliance with HIPAA and organizational standards.

• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals within the organization to ensure comprehensive care for clients, attending case consultations as needed.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Virtual Licensed Mental Health Therapist, you will primarily work with adult clients experiencing a wide range of stable, low-acuity mental health issues. Your role will involve helping these individuals navigate life transitions, enhance their coping skills, and improve their overall quality of life. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling is required.

• Must possess one of the following independent licenses: Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

Compensation and Benefits\n
