Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough initial assessments and evaluations to determine clients' mental health status and unique needs.

• Develop, implement, and regularly review personalized treatment plans that align with clients' goals, proactively adapting as necessary.

• Provide individual therapy sessions to adult clients, employing evidence-based practices and solution-focused methodologies.

• Utilize teletherapy tools to deliver effective virtual sessions, ensuring a smooth and engaging client experience.

• Offer crisis intervention services, utilizing your expertise to provide immediate support when needed.
\n
• Engage in ongoing professional development activities, including attending workshops and training, to remain current with mental health best practices and advance your skills.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your clients will consist primarily of adults facing a range of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, relationship issues, trauma, and other life stressors. You’ll have the opportunity to form meaningful therapeutic alliances and witness the positive impact of mental health services on their lives.

Qualifications\n

• Must possess a valid and current license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• Required educational background includes a master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for building rapport with clients and collaborating with team members.

Compensation and Benefits\n
