About the Role This role is the glue between three senior leaders in the Enterprise FM business: Emma Buckland, who lead CBRE’s Enterprise Facilities Management business and serves as COO of CBRE’s Building Operations and Experience segment, Louise Golding, the Head of People for this business, and Anna Levine, who leads up CBRE’s Experience Services within Enterprise FM and across the BOE operating businesses. These are three driven, high-impact women who are in the middle of building, and who need a partner to make the whole thing run. That’s where you come in. Your job is the keep their trains on the tracks, including the basics of managing their calendars, travel, and expenses, but extending to helping them spend their time on their most important priorities, anticipating their and their teams’ and clients’ needs, and taking on special projects as you have time. You’ll know what’s on each leader’s plate, what’s coming next week, and what’s threatening to fall through the cracks. You’ll be the connective tissue that helps three very busy people function as a team. Winning in this role means: Emma, Louise, and Anna are each operating at the top of their game because you’ve taken everything off their plates that shouldn’t be on them The three of them function better as a team because you’re quietly coordinating between them Every meeting is prepared for, every trip is seamless, every deadline is on your radar All three leaders trust you with the real stuff: sensitive correspondence, high-stakes scheduling, and the kind of context that matters People around the team say “how did we ever do this without you?!” You’ll love this role and succeed at it if: You are wired for anticipation. You don’t wait to be asked. You see what’s coming, you think about what will be needed, and you’ve already handled it before anyone realized it was a thing. Being hyper-organized is just how you are. Three leaders, three calendars, overlapping time zones, competing priorities: your system handles all of it. You probably have opinions about the right way to label a folder. You communicate clearly and quickly. When something changes, people hear from you right away. When you need something, you ask for it clearly. You don’t let things go quiet. You get real satisfaction from making other people’s days frictionless. This isn’t a consolation prize of a job for you, but instead it’s exactly what you want to be doing. The measure of a great day is whether the people around you had a great day. You’re a vault. You’ll have access to sensitive information, frank conversations, and things that haven’t been announced yet. You get energy from being in person. You’ll be in‑person with some combination of Emma, Louise, and Anna at least a couple days a week. You read the room. You notice things. You’re the kind of person who shows up and makes the energy better. You write well and can sound like someone else. Drafting a note on behalf of Emma, or a message in Anna’s voice, or a delicate reply for Louise—you can do all three and they’ll all land right. You’d be great somewhere else, but not here if: You do your best work when someone else sets your task list and defines your lane Last‑minute changes rattle you (they will happen, often, and with little warning) You need all three leaders to be aligned before you can move on something—this team moves fast and so will you You’d rather not flex your hours occasionally when executives are traveling or working across time zones Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future. WHAT YOU'LL NEED: Serious calendar and travel management experience or other complex logistics : complex, multi‑person, multi‑timezone logistics that you handled without breaking a sweat Strong written communication skills, including the ability to draft confidently on behalf of others and match voice and tone Fluency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams) — this is your toolkit and you use it well Fluency in Claude or other LLMs and the ability to make your own skills to make your and your leaders’ lives easier High School Diploma or GED with a minimum of three (3) - four (4) years of Executive Assistant or job‑related experience. The salary range is $43 - $48 per hour. The compensation offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate’s skills, qualifications and experience.
