The Role The Senior Sales Director serves as a strategic leader for a portfolio of top-tier brand and agency relationships, partnering directly with senior client and agency stakeholders to align Pixability's core products with client objectives, shape go-to-market strategy, and drive significant, sustained revenue growth. This role also mentors and supports the development of other members of the sales team. Our Sales organization is supported by knowledgeable and passionate individuals that are part of our Strategy & Planning, Customer Success, Insights, and Data Science teams. Our extensive experience working with leading brands across key verticals gives our sellers access to a huge repository of insights and success stories. What You Bring to the Party: Self-motivation, executive presence, and the leadership instincts to operate as a strategic partner and mentor within a team environment. A minimum of 8-10+ years of online media sales experience, with a demonstrated track record of exceeding significant revenue targets and consistently building and forecasting a strong pipeline across a diverse list of enterprise accounts and a proven history of closing business within IPG and OMG holding company agencies. 8+ years of video sales experience (specifically YouTube or Connected TV) with a deep understanding of the paid social ecosystem and a history of structuring and closing both managed and licensed service models at the enterprise level. Established, senior-level network with decision-makers across video, search, social, investment and programmatic teams, with particular depth of relationships and a track record of closed business within OMC (Omnicom formally IPG & OMG holding companies) as well as at independent agencies and directly with brand marketing leadership. Demonstrated ability to shape enterprise sales strategy, partnering with senior brand marketers/agency leadership to formulate account strategy and strategically position Pixability within the larger context of ad-tech and mar-tech investment with brands directly.. Successful experience using a solution selling/customer-centric approach at the strategic account level, including experience informally mentoring or leading other sellers. Phenomenal executive-level presentation and negotiation skills that bring data and analytics to life for senior marketing and agency stakeholders. The pay range for this role is $150,000 - 175,000 USD. This role is eligible for commission + equity. Within the range, individual pay is determined by factors such as job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
