Key Responsibilities\n

• Establish positive and trusting rapport with patients, creating an environment conducive to open communication.

• Diagnose mental health disorders and develop individualized treatment plans tailored to the specific needs and circumstances of each client.

• Conduct therapy sessions with individuals, couples, and families to provide counseling and support for mental health challenges.

• Monitor and assess patient progress through regular follow-ups, adjusting treatment strategies as needed to ensure optimal outcomes.

• Maintain accurate and confidential documentation of patient sessions, treatment plans, and progress notes using our Electronic Health Records (EHR) system.

• Lead group therapy sessions as appropriate, fostering a supportive peer environment for shared healing and growth.

• Provide clients with referrals to in-house or community specialists when further treatment is indicated.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with a diverse patient population in the Houston community, addressing a wide range of mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges. Our clients include individuals from various backgrounds and demographics, emphasizing the importance of cultural competence and sensitivity in therapeutic practices. Qualifications\n

• A valid, unrestricted license to practice as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in Texas.

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.

Compensation and Benefits\n
