Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients’ mental health status to create detailed clinical diagnoses. Utilize standardized assessment tools to evaluate their needs effectively.

• Develop individualized treatment plans that align with the unique objectives and therapeutic goals of each client, incorporating evidence-based therapeutic modalities.

• Provide therapy sessions through digital platforms, facilitating individual, group, and family sessions tailored to client needs. You may apply techniques from cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and other therapeutic frameworks as appropriate.

• Respond proactively to clients in crisis, offering immediate support and intervention strategies during acute mental health emergencies.

• Maintain comprehensive and confidential client records following the highest ethical and legal standards, ensuring accuracy in progress notes, treatment plans, and assessment information.

• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team of healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists and social workers, to ensure holistic and comprehensive client care.

• Educate clients and their families about mental health conditions, treatment options, and available community resources, advocating for clients’ rights and needs.

Qualifications\n

• Must possess a valid license as a Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LPC, LCSW) in Texas.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 85,000 to 100,000 annually, with the potential for a sign-on bonus as part of our commitment to attracting top talent in the mental health field.
