Key Responsibilities\n

As a Full-Time Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), your responsibilities will include:

• Facilitating group therapy sessions that create a safe and engaging space for clients to share their experiences and learn coping strategies from one another.

• Providing individual therapy, where you will conduct assessments and offer personalized, empathetic counseling to help clients navigate their thoughts and feelings.

• Monitoring client progress by using various assessment tools and maintaining communication with the multidisciplinary team to discuss treatment efficacy and necessary adjustments.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our primary focus is on supporting young adults aged 18 to 30 who are grappling with anxiety, depression, and other mental health issues. Qualifications\n

To be considered for this position, candidates must possess the following qualifications:

• A Master’s Degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited institution.

• A valid Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) license in New York State.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range between USD 85,000 and 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience. Additionally, we provide:
