Key Qualifications:

• Active Kansas Occupational Therapy License required
• Previous experience working in school-based OT strongly preferred
• Excellent organizational skills to manage a multi-site caseload
• Ability to collaborate effectively with school staff, parents, and students
• Strong communication and documentation abilities
• Positive attitude and adaptability are essential

Primary Responsibilities:

• Deliver occupational therapy services across multiple school settings, including Camber, Bridges Academy, New Chelsea Elementary, Emerson Elementary, and Welborn Elementary
• Assess students for a range of developmental, motor, and adaptive needs
• Develop, implement, and monitor IEP goals and intervention plans
• Maintain timely, accurate documentation in accordance with school and state regulations
• Provide consultative support and collaborate with educational staff on student needs
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute professional insights for student planning
