Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients' mental health statuses, utilizing standardized assessment tools to ensure accurate diagnosis and treatment planning.

• Design and implement individualized treatment plans based on each client's unique needs, goals, and circumstances. This involves working closely with clients to set measurable objectives.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including individual, family, and group therapy sessions, tailored to address various mental health issues.

• Continuously monitor and document clients' progress toward treatment goals, making necessary adjustments to treatment plans in collaboration with clients to enhance outcomes.

• Provide immediate crisis intervention and support for clients experiencing acute distress, ensuring their safety and well-being.

• Maintain accurate and confidential client records, adhering to all legal and ethical standards set forth by mental health regulations.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, social workers, and other mental health professionals, to deliver seamless and comprehensive care to clients.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field.
