Work Environment\n

This position operates in a fully remote setting, allowing for flexible work hours while engaging with clients primarily during school hours. The typical workweek runs Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. You will actively engage with clients, families, and external partners to provide seamless and coordinated care.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Act as a liaison between families, educational institutions, and outpatient providers to ensure comprehensive support for clients.

• Interact with insurance companies to facilitate pre-certification and manage utilization, ensuring that clients receive the necessary care in a timely manner.

• Participate actively in discharge and aftercare planning, collaborating with multi-disciplinary teams to create effective and individualized plans for clients post-treatment.

• Provide therapeutic meal support, guiding clients in developing a healthy relationship with food and addressing related behavioral concerns.

• Deliver empathetic, safe, and affirming care that respects and acknowledges each client’s unique circumstances, focusing on their intersecting identities.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role primarily focuses on school-aged children and adolescents, addressing their mental health needs within an educational framework. Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.

• Must possess a valid LCSW license in the state of Pennsylvania.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The role offers a competitive salary range of USD 90,000 to 105,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
