Intercare Therapy Counseling Center is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Remote Mental Health Counselor to provide individualized counseling services to stable, low-acuity adults. Work Environment

This is a fully remote position, providing flexibility and allowing you to create a schedule that works for you. You can work full-time (over 30 hours per week) or part-time (over 5 hours per week), with the freedom to make your own hours. Our telehealth platform is user-friendly and designed to facilitate seamless virtual therapy sessions.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver ethical and compassionate mental health counseling via secure video chat to clients.
• Conduct thorough ongoing assessments to evaluate client progress and needs.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans aimed at improving clients' mental well-being.
• Assist clients in acquiring coping, problem-solving, and communication skills through structured therapeutic sessions.
• Maintain up-to-date documentation on client interactions and treatment progress with minimal paperwork.

Patient Population / Client Focus

The successful candidate will work primarily with stable, low-acuity adult clients who are seeking support for various mental health challenges. Qualifications

• A Master's degree or higher in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• A current state license in one of the following areas: LMFT, LCPC, LCSW, or PsyD, with independent licensure required.
• No history of disciplinary actions against your license.
• Strong interpersonal skills, computer literacy, and a stable Wi-Fi connection are essential for successful telehealth delivery.

Preferred Experience

• Experience in providing telehealth services is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with various therapeutic modalities and techniques applicable to adult client populations.
