Remote Tier II Help Desk Specialist - Security+

VSolvit is seeking a User Support Specialist / Help Desk Support to provide Tier II help desk services for the CG-LPD project team. You will resolve complex IT issues, monitor systems, and coordinate with engineering to maintain continuity.
The role requires advanced technical knowledge across platforms, experience with case management systems, and the ability to obtain a DoD security clearance. Remote work options may apply.
