Key Responsibilities\n

• Design and execute recruitment events for interns, promoting a learning environment while managing the onboarding process.

• Ensure that interns fulfill mandatory documentation requirements for both their educational institutions and the Behavioral Wellness Center.

• Facilitate ongoing training and workshops in collaboration with educational partners, ensuring compliance with evolving state and federal regulations.
\n
• Maintain accurate, complete, and compliant records for each intern, aiding in their performance evaluations and professional growth.
\n
• Monitor intern caseloads, assisting with their assignments to optimize program effectiveness.
\n
• Engage with centralized intake and clinical supervisors to proactively address any issues impacting intern performance or client care.
\n
• Systematically review and audit client records to ensure adherence to agency policies and funding requirements.
\n
• Lead crisis consultations, providing clinical support via phone or in-person as necessary.
\n
• Manage the upkeep of the virtual workspace, promptly reporting any technical or operational issues to the relevant departments.

• Document and report on program performance metrics as requested by the Director.

• Deliver psychotherapy services as required, adapting to client needs through evidence-based practices.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related mental health discipline is required.

• Must possess an active and independent California license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
