Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans based on the unique needs of clients.

• Provide psychotherapy services through telehealth platforms as well as facilitate in-person consultations when necessary.

• Supervise and mentor interns and trainees, coordinating recruitment events and ensuring their compliance with documentation standards set forth by universities and our organization.

• Facilitate training workshops for interns, aligning educational objectives with federal, state, and county regulations.
\n
• Maintain meticulous records for all interns, ensuring adherence to auditing and quality assurance standards.
\n
• Participate in intern performance evaluations and manage their caseloads to ensure successful educational outcomes.
\n
• Coordinate with Centralized Intake and clinical supervisors to track assignments, address emerging concerns, and ensure optimal service delivery.
\n
• Engage in ongoing audits of client documentation to maintain compliance with agency and funding requirements.
\n
• Attend staff meetings and contribute to the continuous improvement of clinical program objectives and service delivery practices.
\n
• Provide clinical consultation via phone or in person during crisis situations, ensuring timely and effective support for clients.

• Uphold a professional and organized workspace, reporting maintenance or safety concerns promptly.

• Other responsibilities may be assigned as needed to support organizational goals.

Our competitive salary range for this full-time position is between $80,000 and $122,000 per year, reflecting the experience and qualifications of the successful candidate.
