Responsibilities
- Provide direct nursing care to ER patients, including rapid assessment and ongoing monitoring
- Perform initial triage and prioritization of patient needs
- Administer medications and therapies as ordered, monitor responses, and document
- Collaborate with physicians, residents, and other members of the care team
- Stabilize patients presenting with acute conditions and assist with procedures
- Document patient progress, changes in condition, and discharge planning per policy

Requirements
- Active California Registered Nurse license
- ER experience in an acute care setting preferred
- Ability to work nights and 12-hour shifts
- Strong clinical assessment, critical thinking, and documentation skills
- Effective communication and teamwork abilities
