Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct initial assessments of client mental health status through diagnostic interviews and standardized assessment tools.

• Formulate, implement, and regularly review individualized therapeutic plans tailored to meet each client's needs, addressing issues such as anxiety, depression, substance abuse, and trauma.

• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions, employing evidence-based techniques and culturally responsive interventions.

• Collaborate with external healthcare providers, including psychiatrists and specialists, to ensure comprehensive care for clients requiring medication or additional services.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
