Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide weekly supervision and mentorship to practicum students, guiding their development and helping them navigate their Master’s program and licensure processes.

• Deliver tailored psychotherapy services to individuals, couples, and families, utilizing evidence-based practices to address a variety of mental health issues.

• Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary healthcare professionals and various community resources to form comprehensive treatment plans.

• Engage in the development and implementation of individualized treatment plans that consider the unique needs and goals of each client.

• Maintain accurate, up-to-date clinical records and documentation, ensuring compliance with all regulatory standards and best practices.

• Stay informed on current trends in mental health research and advancements in therapeutic practices to enhance service delivery.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field.

• A valid state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or LCSW-R.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The position offers a competitive salary range of $80,000 to $100,000 annually, reflective of your experience and expertise.
