Key Responsibilities\n

• Maintain meticulous, audit-compliant records for each intern you supervise, ensuring all documentation is thorough and accurate.

• Participate actively in performance evaluation processes for interns, assisting in acknowledgment and corrective actions as needed.

• Monitor intern caseloads and assignments and provide guidance to support programmatic outcomes effectively.
\n
• Coordinate with centralized intake and other clinical supervisors to address any concerns regarding intern assignments and provide necessary support.
\n
• Engage in regular audits and quality assurance/quality improvement (QA/QI) initiatives to uphold agency policies and compliance with funding requirements.

• Attend and contribute to programmatic and agency meetings, providing insights based on your clinical experience.
\n
• Prepare programmatic reports as requested to inform management of team performance and client outcomes.
\n
• Conduct in-person and phone consultations for crisis and non-crisis situations, providing immediate and effective support.
\n
• Ensure that your working environment is up to standard by reporting any maintenance or safety issues promptly.

• Facilitate training sessions and workshops for interns, ensuring compliance with evolving federal, state, and county regulations.
\n
• Provide in-depth therapy services to clients as needed, catering to their unique emotional and social needs.

• Supervise the intern recruitment and onboarding process, aligning with the organization's strategic goals.

• Participate in implementation and monitoring of clinical program objectives, ensuring adherence to service delivery standards.

Compensation and Benefits\n
