Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide direct clinical services to clients, both individually and in group formats, focusing on evidence-based therapeutic approaches.

• Establish strong rapport and trust-based relationships with clients, fostering an environment conducive to open dialogue and healing.

• Conduct brief, developmentally appropriate screenings and assessments, utilizing telehealth tools for remote clients.

• Create, implement, and monitor integrated care plans ensuring seamless access to therapy, resources, and support services.

• Engage in collaborative team meetings, bringing forward client insights and contributing to overall treatment strategies.

• Participate in crisis intervention as necessary, providing immediate support and guidance to clients in need.

• Ensure timely completion of client documentation, treatment notes, and data submission for tracking outcomes and improving service delivery.

• Fulfill on-call responsibilities during and after program hours to ensure continuity of care.

• Participate in quality improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing the services provided by Eastern Valley Health Clinic.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This position primarily serves students and families within the school system of Wichita, Kansas. The ideal candidate should be adept at addressing a wide array of mental health challenges, including but not limited to anxiety, depression, trauma, and behavioral issues. Qualifications\n

• A Bachelor’s degree in Social Work or related field; a Master’s degree is preferred.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this full-time position ranges from USD 70,000 to 85,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
