Key Responsibilities\n

• Plan, coordinate, and implement individualized support plans tailored to clients' unique needs, enabling them to confront personal challenges and dependencies effectively.

• Conduct thorough interviews with clients to assess their mental health status, identifying strengths, weaknesses, and specific needs that inform their treatment plans.

• Set measurable, achievable goals for each client, ensuring that each case is handled comprehensively and with a focus on long-term improvement.

• Regularly evaluate clients' progress and modify treatment strategies as required to ensure optimal outcomes.

• Provide expert guidance and counseling during sessions, equipping clients with strategies to navigate their everyday challenges and emotional upheaval.

• Maintain meticulous, confidential records regarding client issues, progress, and treatment interventions, and report findings as necessary.

• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and case conferences to collaboratively address complex client needs.

• Refer clients to additional community services, programs, or resources to facilitate their recovery and support their mental health journey.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
