National Channel Growth Lead — Northeast (50%+ Travel)

About The Role As a National Channel Sales Manager – Convergint (North East), you will drive net new business through the channel, building pipeline and executing strategic plans that result in measurable growth. Individual contributor role requiring strategic thinking and hands‑on execution collaborating across sales, marketing, and partner teams. What You’ll Do Drive net new pipeline by identifying and generating pipeline within Convergint. Collaborate with field sales teams to co‑sell and close high‑value opportunities. Execute national channel strategy: develop and manage partner business plan for your territory aligned with Verkada’s GTM objectives and quarterly sales targets. Empower partners: train and enable partner executives, sales teams, and technical stakeholders on product portfolio, programs, and campaigns. Collaborate cross‑functionally: work closely with internal sales, marketing, and pre‑sales teams for joint activities, partner events, demand generation campaigns, and customer‑facing initiatives. Lead with insights: conduct QBRs and ad‑hoc business reviews with partners to align on priorities, track performance, celebrate wins, and identify improvement opportunities. Strengthen channel ecosystem: influence partner sales teams to prioritize Verkada in key deals and business planning; recommend improvements to channel tools, incentives, and program offerings. Drive awareness and demand: lead and participate in regional in‑person and virtual events to grow brand awareness and relationships. Operate strategically and tactically: own full lifecycle of partner engagement – onboarding, enablement, pipeline development, revenue realization. Travel: 50%+ of the time, domestic and international, to support business operations, customer and partner engagements. What You Bring 5+ years in physical security sales or partner management with integrators; strong track record building new business. Experience with Convergint highly preferred. Strategic and creative thinking: process‑driven yet innovative to create scalable partner initiatives. Relationship‑builder: influence and engage across all levels, from partner reps to executive leadership. Technical fluency: proficient in Salesforce, Excel, and business intelligence tools. Clear communicator with strong verbal and written skills. Location: local to major city in the North East (New York City, Philadelphia, etc). $170,000 – $220,000 USD
