Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to evaluate the mental health concerns of hospice patients and their families, identifying their unique strengths and challenges.

• Provide individualized therapy, family sessions, and group counseling tailored to the specific needs and cultural backgrounds of clients.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, motivational interviewing, and family systems therapy to support patient recovery.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited program.

• Active state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Colorado.
