Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations, utilizing personalized therapy strategies tailored to individual client needs.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic modalities to diverse clientele, including individuals, couples, families, and groups.

• Employ a variety of therapeutic techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy (SFBT).

• Collaborate effectively with other healthcare professionals to ensure a multidisciplinary approach to client care.

• Maintain precise and up-to-date clinical records in compliance with legal and ethical standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your role will center on a diverse client population experiencing a range of mental health issues, such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relational challenges. Qualifications\n

• A graduate degree (Master’s or Doctorate) in Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field.

• Active and unrestricted Professional Counselor (LPC) licensure in the state of New Jersey.

• A minimum of two years counseling experience, ideally within a clinical setting.

Compensation and Benefits\n
